Japanese workshop

A four course menu with dishes from Japan. What can you picture with that? Everyone knows sushi of course, and here too it is a small part of the menu. We make a starter with two kinds of sushi, a futomaki and nigiri. Next to that we make several vegetable dishes, chicken teriyaki, matcha ice cream and more. Curious?
