Who is Sofieke?

Sofieke gives cooking workshops in her own studio in the centre of Hilversum. She cooks with what the season gives, explains calmly and makes sure that you end up at the table with what you made yourself.

The studio is cosy: eight to eighteen people around the workbench, everything within reach. From open workshops to team outings and children’s parties.
