Italian cooking is popular in the Netherlands, certainly after a lovely holiday when you want to hold on to that summer feeling for a while.<\/p>\n
Pasta, pizza: we have all eaten them. In this workshop we go a step further: with good basic ingredients we make a four course menu the way it is done in Italy. We start with antipasti, small dishes as a starter. Then we make our own pasta as a first course, or, if you come with a larger group, a lovely risotto. After that comes the meat dish with some contorni (side dishes). And of course a festive finish. All in all a set of recipes you can serve at home as well. A guaranteed success, with the little ones too.<\/p>\n
